Hey Guys,

Im having a love/hate relationship with this diet, today i eat three small pieces of kebab, i felt really bad, does anyone know if it really affects the weight loss???

i am being good and have been working hard and im not gonna give it up... but i have to say this is the hardest thing ive ever done... i love food so much, lol:break_diet:

Anything that goes in is calories and therefore will affect your losses.
Try not to feel bad if you eat, you will go into the I've eaten... depressed cos I've eaten, eat more, get depressed etc cycle.
I would always say to my clients, if you can't manage to be without food consider 790. If you are not disciplined enough to stay within the amounts then stick it out on SS.
Think about your decision when you put that food in your mouth. Not its nice, but how will it make me feel in an hour?
It is a hard diet to do. But you can do it.
