Cheddareese powder! Please help!

Can some kind person see if they can find the syns in this please?

The entire pot is 14 syns, so not really worth counting. I barely have any when I use it and 1 pot lasts me months.

If you look in the 'free from' section of the supermarket you should be able to find it. You can get a parmesan version as well, which I prefer to the cheddar one.

Otherwise Holland and Barretts or online are your other options
