As for changing taste, I've no idea as my boyfriends doesn't taste of anything. Honest to god and hand on my heart as no one seems to believe this! lol

Apparently it doesn't affect ketosis though but does contain citric acid xx

This is a bit of a late answer but I thought you should know that it is just protein.... that's why its good for the skin and why it shouldn't effect ketosis. I'm sure a question like this makes you wish you did chemistry!
