Thursday:  I feel so ill today 

  My boss offered to let me go home, but I said I'd feel really bad about making someone else have to do the late.  Decided I'm gonna use up some of my lieu time tomorrow and I'm only going in 5:30-8 to cover the out of hours stuff.  Think I need a long sleep (if I can!) before I have to take on the weekend.
Thought I was feeling a bit better, but on the way home I started to feel really nauseous and dizzy 
Loads of people were jealous of my lunch tho 
Breakfast and first break: Oats So Simple (
HexB1 + half 
HexA1 for skimmed milk), raisins (
2), and banana.
Half fruit tub-red grapes, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and cherries.  With an Eat Smart yogurt.
Lunch:  M&S veggie lasagne (
3) with boiled Jersey Royals, spinach, sweetcorn, and another m&s veggie bag.
Afternoon break:  Rest of the fruit.
Tea:   65g of wild and white rice (a bit more than a WW portion, but I would have left a few grains in the bag 

) with the portion of curry I put in the freezer the other day.
Snack:  Bear Nibbles (
HexB2) and a toffee yogurt.
Drinks:  Coffee.  Diet Coke.  Lemsip (
