Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Could someone check the Healthy Extra allowance for Alpro Coconut Milk (long life/ambient) for me please? Finding loads of conflicting things trying to do a search xx.

Sorry you're having another bad day, it doesn't seem to be letting up at the minute, the heart burn and nausea could be your gall bladder keep an eye on that that's how it started with me when mine became infected.

I love the sweet and salty popcorn and I much prefer savoury to sweet, I really like the Tesco thai red curry one :)

I find my fitbit quite useful, love the app as well. I got the zip because it's small and I can attach it to my bra so I can wear it with anything. I wouldn't want to track my sleep, I am a really poor sleeper and it would drive me mad it telling how bad it was all the time lol. Me and the lad on nights with me have a challenge going on to see who does the most steps during the day :)

I've no tried the burger in a bowl yet, don't really like quorn mince but I may try it with some soy mince this week.

Hope you're having a good evening x x x

I made a mahoosive stir-fry for tea. Veg mountain :D I have a portion left for tomorrow to have with noodles too. It's in a takeaway tub so I can pretend ;)

I haven't had a bad day quite like this for a while. To be expected with my weekend shift tho. I have a lot of this to look forward to in the near future!! It's my own doing though, so I shouldn't complain. But I will ;)
I did make myself go out tho. So small victories!

It's awkward trying to keep an eye on what symptoms are what. Because pretty much everything could be ME related :/ Doesn't make life easier when you have overlapping symptoms does it?? No gallbladder pain though since my last crap-food fest. So hoping, if that is the right word, that it is ME and not my gallbladder getting p*ssed off. I can't imagine what having surgery would do to my ME, never mind what it would do to my brain!!

I think I'd probably get annoyed with the Fitbit telling me my sleep is rubbish. But I am also intrigued to see it properly mapped. I have had sleep apps, but they're a bit hit and miss so I gave up with them. I remembered before that I have some cashback due soon, so I could use that towards one :)

Urgh you bloody weirdo's!! Savoury popcorn is just wrong. Wrong I tell you :p
I took more fruit and yogurt to the cinema again today.

Burger in a bowl is worth a go. I've poshed it up a bit tho lol! I love Quorn mince, but hate the cheaper soy mince. I think it's the texture?? Probably the same for you, but the opposite?! Odd isn't it? :)

Oh noes :( I've had to text my boss and tell her I wont be in tomorrow. A very, very bad day. And I had to do those jobs I did, I just had to. And obv it's made it worse :(

I feel super guilty as well because I know we are ridiculously short staffed. But, I honestly don't think it would be safe for me to drive or be in work tomorrow. I'm hoping if I manage to get some sleep tonight and have a very strict rest day tomorrow I will be ok for Fri.
This has been coming on since last week, but I was hoping a few quiet days would help keep it away. Apparently not *sigh*

I think I had 4 sick days last year! Which is nothing compared to nearly everyone else!!
Doesn't stop you feeling guilty tho does it? I've found out one of the other vca's has been off sick today as well. Bloody hell!!
It is the right call, definitely. I just hope I'm OK for Fri. I have evening plans on Fri as well so I need to be OK. No pressure :/

Hey Patty!
I do feel a bit better. Not sure I should have gone to work. But I wouldn't have let myself go out for my friends birthday if I hadn't. Bit of a catch 22!

Looks like I've got to put back starting my new working pattern for another month while we get the newbies up and running *sigh* But my crazy weekend schedule doesn't finish till mid March anyway, so shouldn't have much of an impact really. And I do have holidays I need to book *whistles*

Going to The Egg (veggie place) for tea tonight. I have loads of saved syns and I had a syn and Hex free lunch to save stuffs to use :)

Tomorrow evening is going to be off plan as well. Round to Rachelle's for a games night and takeaway. And wine ;) Lol! So will do low syn again for lunch tomorrow and hope for the best. xx

Big side salad - iceberg, spinach, tomatoes, red onion, sugar snap peas, wholemeal couscous, chickpeas, and pasta with a very light pesto.
Low fat salad cream

Hey guys!
Have had a nice weekend. Fun at Rachelle's last night - Bucket of Doom and Cards Against Humanity with a takeaway and wine :)
I was kinda good and shared a pizza and chips with Rachelle, so ate much less than I would have done by myself. Can't say I was good with the wine either ;) Oh and I tried gin. NICE :D

Todays is a sort of not counting, but not crazy day. I had porridge with raisins, banana, and honey for lunch. I have had some Hotel Chocolat tho *blush*
Having a quick roast tonight, potatoes, veg, Quorn steak, stuffing, and gravy :)

The next few weeks should hopefully be quite good SW wise. I'm working the next two weekends in a row and probably wont be socialising much - temptation avoided!! I am going out for M's birthday on the only weekend I'm not working in Feb ;) And it's at a beer/food place - Brew Dog, so will be taking full advantage of that :) But it's 3 weeks away. Would be amazing if I can stay on track until then :)

Back tomorrow with my food diary.
Hope you are all having great weekends.xx

Hey guys!
Sophie it drives me nuts that my body is so crazy. And it's really difficult because I know it is all probably down to the overproduction of hormones I have, which can't be controlled!!
I just have to keep reminding to myself of what will happen if I give up on SW and go back to my old eating habits. But it is frustrating.

I have to admit that the last couple of days have been pretty bad *blush* And I've been invited out tonight too, so that wont help lol. And seen as I'm actually not driving for once I will be letting myself have a glass of wine :)
But from tomorrow I have nothing planned for a week and I really need to stop with the excuses. I have 38weeks until my holiday - not told you about that yet lol - which means if, by some miracle, I manage to lose an average of 1lb per week I will have lost 2st7lb!! And that would be God damn awesome ;) So, from now on if I am wobbling and thinking of straying (unless it's a planned meal or summit) I need to think of going on holiday and how much happier and comfortable I will feel with that weight off. A pretty good incentive I feel :D

Had a good birthday yesterday. Although a LOT of driving!! Rachelle came round for a cuppa and for me to open my prezzies - a good haul guys, pretty amazing :D Then we went to Moose Coffee in Crosby, which was lovely. And we had a wander around the shops where my Dad used to live. It was bloody freezing lol!! Drove us home, which took forever in rush hour,, then Mum and Rachelle needed a supermarket stop, we came home and fed the dogs and sat with them for a bit, then off to the cinema to see Ex Machina - superb film - and some pick and mix!! And a stop at Sainsbury's on the way back because I wanted pizza for tea and the car was running on fumes ;)

Then I spent the whole night in agony with my gallbladder......will I ever learn?!! lol

Right, I will be back tomorrow with a proper food diary and hopefully some enthusiasm :) xx

well the holiday is definitely an incentive xx 2st 7lbs would be fantastic xx

A massive well done on the loss :D

Sorry you've not been so clever, you shouldn't feel guilty for phoning in sick I have staff who do it all the time for silly things like stomach craps. You need to look after yourself when you're having a bad time, glad you're a bit better now.

Sounds like you've had a good weekend, just what the doctor ordered :) I love the smell of gin but really don't like the taste of it, yuck lol.

It's not the texture of quorn mince I don't like it's the taste, going to try and make some mince seitan this week while I'm off.

Hope you have a good week and I'm sure you will have a good food week as well x x x

Sorry to hear your week wasso rough but congrats on the 1kg off! Ypu definitely can do it if you keep the pressure off and the off days controlled :)

Have you tried ebay for the fitbit? They probably have both new and second.hand retaillers, my polar was an unused one someone didnt want and I got it like £15 cheaper than other sites. Ebay can be better than amazon sometimes! And you can get nectar points ;D
I think you deserve to treat yourself to it, you dont treat yourself to much and it encourages your fitness habits :D
Crazy that you can earn calories with WW - so many things overestimate burn... Like a 20 min exercise on exerbeat estimates about 60cal more lost than my polar! So people could totally end up over indulging because of fitness... Yikes!
