Cheerios

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if we could use cheerios/honey nut cheerios as a hex b?? I thought as they're multigrain and low in fat?! Would be great lol x

There is not enough fibre in them to count as a HEB I'm afraid

Cheerios - 7.1g fibre per 100g
Alpen Light Summer Fruit Cereal Bar - 22.4g fibre per 100g

I know, My new fave cereals are Oat So Simple Original/ 2 weetabix
