Ive just had my dinner. Pork chops with cauliflower & cheese sauce.
I made the sauce with double cream, philly cheese and cheddar cheese.
OMG! I took my right back to my childhood days, when food tasted great.
Whilst eating it, and enjoying it, i though about how mad it is to be loosing weight when food tastes this good. I love atkins. I think im going to get addicted to cheese sauce and have it with everything.
