Try Brit Mum's website, Slimmingeats.com i made lasagna of there and it was lovely.

Hi. Not a free one, but the schwartz packet cheese sauce mix was good. 8syns for the back + part of hea made lasagne for 2, 4syns each. I really don't like the egg and fromage frais 'sauce's'
