Now I love cheese and its something I have previously eaten a lot of. I have basically cut it out since starting SW, but am now looking to include it a little again.

Ive swapped my cheddar for Mozzerella as in my book I can have more of it, but is there any other cheeses that's not in my book that I can have more of?

Im talking about hard cheeses, there is Feta, Mozzerella, low fat cheddar and low fat cheshire. I saw low fat red leicester in Tesco, is that ok to have more of or is that synable?

Im asking cos low fat cheddar is quite a bit more in price than the normal stuff and low fat red leicester wasnt quite as much. Im on a budget so cant afford to buy expensive low fat foods. Hence the mozzerella.

try shopping at aldi amd lidl they have plenty of cheap SW friendly food and in my opinion their reduced fat mature cheddar is the best, hubby does not know it is reduced fat !

It is i think 1.79 for a good size block.
