Cheeseburger & Fries 13PP

    Ive just found this on the Weight Watcher Foods website, I know i'll defo be giving it a try, looks yummy & not too bad for 13PP.....

    Cheeseburgers with Fries
    15 mins to prepare
    20 mins to cook
    Serves 6
    Ingredients
    1 Slice Weight Watchers White Danish Loaf
    1 Small red onion
    450g (1lb) extra lean minced beef
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp Paprika
    600g (1lb 5oz) Low fat oven chips
    calorie controlled cooking spray
    6 slices Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Mature Cheese Slices
    6 x 50g (1¾oz) burger buns
    Iceburg lettuce
    Method
    Blitz 1 slice Weight Watchers White Danish Loaf in a food processor to make fine crumbs.
    Tip into a bowl.
    Add 1 small onion to the processor and blitz to a fine mince.
    Add to the crumbs with 450g (1lb) extra lean minced beef, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp paprika.
    Season and mix.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Place on a plate, cover with clingfilm and chill for 1 hour to overnight.
    Cook 600g (1lb 5oz) low fat oven chips for 15-20 minutes at gas mark 7/220°C/ fan oven 200°C.
    Meanwhile, coat a frying pan with calorie controlled cooking spray and place over a medium-high heat.
    Add the burgers and fry for 5 minutes, until browned underneath.
    Flip and fry for a further 3 minutes.
    Cover each burger with 1 slice Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Mature Cheese Slice, cut in half.
    Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
    Divide the burgers between 6 x 50g (1¾oz) burger buns with a handful of iceburg lettuce leaves and some sliced red onion rings each.
    Serve with the chips and 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup each.
