lol forgot to say the topping was lovely but maybe people would like it sweeter so taste the mix before you place in tin, I couldnt eat the base because I thought it wasnt allowed on induction my 16yo son and my sister however thought it was delicious.
Tell me what the lime one is like Susie sounds nice

Has anyone tried using a basic Mim as the base for this? I thought that maybe once cooked you could slice it and lay it in the bottom as the base. Guess who doesn't like nuts?
