Try and throw in a bit more fruit and veg there Hun and you are laughing.

Just make sure that you dont guesstimate and sometimes you can either go under or over on your syns.

i know!! i had a hifi bar and yogurt breaks in my bag and made the bad choice!! i need to get more grapes and bananas as the milky way incident can't be repeated!!!............x

Just nosing at your diary (trying to gain inspiration!) and noticed you'd put 7 syns for the yogurt breaks. From the online diary/syns calculator, these are 3.5 syns for the twinpack, so not 7 syns - hurrah!
 
Ooh! Really? I thought it was 3.5 per slice!! Yummy they're staying in my week treat box!! Incidentally. The weight watchers pudding was like pure heaven!! Haven't checked the syn s yet!! Oops!

Been a while since I wrote in here ! Lol! I've been back in class for three weeks now (WI Thursday) lost 4.5lbs so far!

On the menu today:

2 quorn sausages - 2 syns
1 egg - free
Mullerlite - free
Banana- free

Sweet and sour chicken - homemade (free)
Rice -free

Skinny milk 375ml - HeA
Hi fi bar - HeB


Does anyone else feel insanely guilty at eating do much food? I'm petrified every weigh day! :(
 
Working tonight (boo!) so just about to put a jacket spud in the oven to take and pop in the panini grill!

Eaten so far today:

3 quorn sausages - 3 syns
Baked beans
Tinned tomatoes
Mushrooms
1 slice rye bread - 2 syns
Mullerlite

Plan for the rest of my day:

Jacket potato
1 butter portion - 3.5 syns
2 hifi lite bars - 1 HeB
375ml skinny milk - 1 HeA
 
Lost half a pound (whoop) not as much as I'd like (want my half stone) but expecting Aunt Flo! Busy day today out from 11am-10pm just made a packed lunch but at some point will have to get another meal!!
