    Hi all...

Just wondering why sugar free chewing gum isn't allowed? Also - water with trace flavourings and stuff, not allowed?

    Not complaining... just curious.

(Three days in!) :) and still on board.

Finding still that I need to challenge my auto-food-eat-approach?

And - I wasn't prepared for the SMELL of cookking...

Chewing gum stimulate the release of gastric juices which in turn can make you feel hungry and may put you off the plan.

Most water flavours contain citric acid and they will take you out of ketosis.
