Chewing Gum? Peri Peri Sauce

Chewing gum is ok right? As long as its sugarfree?

Peri Peri Sauce is that ok to put over my turkey? is has 0.3 carbs and 0.2 sugars per 5g serving...Please someone help i need to add that kick to my food!!!:confused:
 
Chewing gum is not recommended but chewing a sugar free stick for a few minutes shouldn't do too much harm. Don't chew for long periods as it can cause hunger.

If you need spice try chilli flakes/powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and small amount of balsamic vinegar, gives a nice kick!

If it's not affecting your weight loss, then carry on. I used to have about 3 sticks a day when I was SSing and it was fine for me.
 
Vinegar isn't allowed.
Was told I could use some cayenne pepper powder or curry powder or black pepper to add some zing.

Chewing gum - causes hunger so isn't advised. I chew it though -- but then I haven't succeeded with CD :eek::rolleyes:
 
It's strange that vinegar is not allowed.:eek: Pickled cabbage is - I've been eating it as part of my SS+ meal for the last 6 weeks, permitted veggies. (Never wanna see it again after i finish CD)
