Chickadees "skinny for summer" food diary

Hi all!! My first official day on my slimming world diet. It's been easier than I thought?? Not been hungry at all. But I've started
food diary so I can share my journey. Hopefully, I'm doing it right as I'm not with a club - I'm a lone ranger :)

BREAKFAST

oats so simple plain (HEXB)
s s milk (HEXA)
1 chopped banana

LUNCH

1 jacket potatoe
1 can ww baked beans
2 laughing cow light triangles (HEXA)
1 pear

TEA

1/2 can ww baked beans
slimming world chips
2 eggs (scrambled)
1 vanilla fat free mullerlight

SNACKS

1 apple
1 mint (2 syns?)
Tub filled with lettuce & carrot (was feeling a tad peckish)
