Hi I'm looking for a recipe if anyone has one. Had the tesco version of this and it's so nice but 20 syns!!!! So was hoping I could make my own sw friendly version if possible

I get one from asda I think all thats in it is chicken bacon pasta lettuce and carrot and mayo haven't tried my own yet but will nxt week its lovely and so filling xx
