Chicken chow mein help

Hi guys in need of help. I'm thinking of trying the filling and healthy next week as I'm really struggled the last few weeks. How many points in chicken chow mein from a Chinese? On pro points i always point it as 14 for 400grams just to cover it xx

Not sure about chicken but the eating out book says 8 or 9 I believe for mushroom chow mein. Was very happy to read that as that is what I would normally have! ?
