Chicken curry?

Has anyone successfully made a chicken curry? if so how did you do it and what did you have with it?
 
It's quite difficult without tomato based curry paste but I did slow cook veggies and chicken with bouillon and curry powder once. I can't say that it was the same as a chicken balti ;) but it was 'ok' I guess. I guess you could substitute the daily milk allowance for some fat free yoghurt (making sure you didn't go over 50 cals or 8g of carb) and stir that in to make it a little more creamy. It's not really the same without tomato paste tho in my opinion.
