Chicken Dupiaza with Pilau Rice

mmm well it says to use 4 tsp of curry powder, I think I used 4 tsp of medium would probably try the same but in madras powder, we dont mind the heat so its not so much of a risk.

If its to hot add a little more yog to cool it down.
 
mine going by my recipe was medium hot. I suppose it goes down to acquired taste.

Dupiaza is not meant to be really hot though like a madras.
 
i made this sat and WOW it was stunning :) mum even said it was nicer than curry shop :) x
