Chicken / garlic kiev syns

    I love garlic chicken kievs (the shop brought ones). Does anyone know if there are any that are relatively low in syns (10 or less). I'm on EE. Thank you :rolleyes:

    I don't mind what make they are. I'm more interested in which is the lowest syn value. LOL. I think Tesco's do some lower fat ones though, and I sometimes shop in Sainsbury's if that is any help.

    Tesco Garlic Chicken Kievs, twin pack, chilled, 130g each 16.5
    Tesco Garlic Butter Chicken Breast Kievs, twin pack, chilled, 145g each 18
    Sainsbury's Freefrom, Chicken Kievs, twin pack, frozen, 114g each 12

    So the M and S Count on Us ones are only 3 syns each? Wow! Thanks for that. Will stock up at the weekend!

    hence why it randomly got but in there, but have you thought about mking your own as SW has a chicken kiev recipe which is low in syns and is tasty :)

    Probably should make my own but sometimes nothing beats the shop brought ones. Plus most of the SW recipes I've seen for kiev's involve Quark and I've never really got on well with that. Thanks for your help xx

    I can't belive the M&S ones are only 3 syns each - that's great!!! I will certainly be buying some now.

    I make my own quite regularly, and like you, I'm not a fan of quark.

    I tend to use my allowance of HEX Laughing cow light and mix with chopped garlic and chopped chives.

    For the 'wrapping' I use lean bacon or Parma ham (synned).
