chicken juice

    If I bake chicken breast with no skin on in oven then add the juice that comes off it to gravy would it add more syns? Thanks in advance
  2. As far as I am aware, if you let the liquid settle for a while, then skim off any fat (there shouldn't be much if it is chicken breast) then it would not have syns.

    Good :) I cant see why not cos if I dry friend it that juice would still come off and I wouldnt be expected to syn it :) just thought id check x
