Not sure if this has been posted before, but this is a recipe I have followed whether doing slimming world or not!
Chicken breast/thighs skin removed & chopped into 1.5 inch chunks
VFF natural yoghurt
Chicken tikka dried spices/mild curry powder
Ground cumin
Garlic salt
Ground coriander
Paprika
Tumeric
Lemon juice
Mix yoghurt and spices, lemon juice together, add chopped chicken and marinade for a few hours or overnight.
Thread onto skewers and bake on rack in oven for half hour or so. Is delicious in HEB wholmeal pitta and cabbage, or with salad and drizzled with VFF yoghurt mixed with mint sauce. YUM
This also works by just using the yoghurt and tikka masala dried mix without all the other spices if you don't have them.
You could also add chilli powder if you like it hot.
