hi, i always have a large chicken shish, at our takeaway they serve the pitta separate so when i get in, i pop a wholemeal pitta(h.e) in the toaster to replace the white one(saving 7 syns) i use my own chilli sauce as i know it has 2syns in it, not sure about garlic mayo as i dont have that, hope that helps,
