Been looking for a recipe for chicken kiev anyone have any ideas?

theres one on the sw site...

i use crushed garlic, parsley, quark or FF for the middle. dip in egg and smash mixed with herbs and spices. spray with frylight and bake. or use heb on bread for breadcrumbs x

I make one without crumbs still tastes yummy I sliced open chicken breasts spread a laughing cow cheese spread in the middle sprinkle garlic granules over the cheese spread and then wrap the whole thing in back bacon it's yummy and sin free :gimi: Lindsay xx
