I am desperate to mak esyn-free chicken pate, but I cannot find chicken livers anywhere! Where do you guys buy it? I have tried Tesco & the Co-op, but no luck They only have ox or lamb.
Sounds yummy. Will have to give that a trypork liver makes ardennes pate... just leave out the butter and fat and substitute with yogurt! chop up some fresh cranberries and add after blending just before you set.
