Don't know about bovril but I drink oxo, chicken, lamb or veg

The oxo's are quite high in carbs as they use wheat flour to bind them, ok for some but brings me out of ketosis. I have the Marigold miso bouillion powder, the organic one is really low in salt and carbs.

Yeah I think it's whatever works for you, I usually have 1 or 2 a day and stay in ketosis. Just try it out and use the ketosis sticks to check.

Iv seen some posts where peeps can drink diet coke and stay in ketosis but I can't and drink cole zero or dp zero if I'm in need of a bit of a flavour boost
