Erm I don't think you can drink that. I know someone on here drank beef oxo and it did effect weight loss. I wouldn't chance it Hun x

Awww hang on in there Hun! I struggle all the time but I just keep going on clothes sites and looking at things I wanna get into. Try some fizzy water stops me feeling hungry or peppermint tea. It will get better x
