Chicken sausages & turkey rashers

Hi, does anyone know how many syns are in these? I would have thought chicken sausages would be healthier than pork but i'm getting confused from searching online.

it will depend on the nutritional information.

you will need to run it through the syns calculator for the particular type you have to see what the syn value is. Some vary greatly and some chicken sausages can be a lot higher in syns than some of the low fat pork ones.

If you havent got access to the calculator, post the fulll nutritional information on here, with the weight given for that nutritonal info and someone will check them for you, I am sure.
