Hi would someone be able to sin these morrisons chicken skewers for me:

per 100g:
225 cal
protein 21.9g
carbs 21.9g of which are sugars 16.6g
fat 5.6g of which are sats 1.3g

There are 5 skewers to 100g.

2½ Syns per package/portion on Green
1 Syn per package/portion on Original

If a portion is 1 skewer at 20g.

Wow, 1 sin per 20g skewer? Thats higher than I thought or do you mean 1 sin per 100g, as it is just chicken with flavouring - thanks for sining it!
