    the chicken soup was really lovely, but i find i dont really want to eat - is this normal?

    I had chicken tonight too, really enjoyed it, I popped some chilli in mine.
    I think the not wanting to eat is down to ketois (spell?) you must eat it though xxx

    i did eat it, i think it was very good, much better then tomato for sure, i added some curry poweder, maybe its that then i just dont fancy food :)

    Ditto babe! I am sat here now thinking about ust having a bath then bed, but i have hubby making me some mushroom soup to have as i know otherwise it will do me more harm than good.

    PS Banana shake was yum! x
