ChiCken tikka for tea syns help please.

I've had a tray of salad and chicken tikka pieces from the kebab
shop.
Also I had 1 popadom and a tub of their own medium spicey
sauce.
Can anyone please tell me the syns.

Was the salad dressed? Normal salad would be free - plus dressing which would amount roughly to 3syns dependent on what dressing it was. Chicken free IF on red? BUT they marinate chicken tikka in oil and yoghurt don't they? so again ?????

A poppadum is 4 syns on each plan for an average one.

Can't help at all with the sauce though I'm afraid.
