It's one to try and avoid if you can cos it's mega. It's 23 on it's before you add any rice, veg, poppadoms etc.

Its a lot of points for that particular dish unfortunately. Maybe you could skip the starter and naan? Or you could get a half portion of the main? Just a thought. :)

Just make wise choices! Don't not eat anything , you're more likely to gorge when you get there! Creamy sauces like tikka masala are high in points! A tomato based sauce is less high. But Indian food is always high because it's cooked in ghee!

Least you enjoyed it! Had a bit of a blow out night myself last night lol, will make sure to do some extra activity and stick to my 29pp for the rest of the week hehe!
