Chicken Tikka Rice n salad

In my town centre very occasionally I call in and have the above meal at lunchtime only £4. I always ask for extra salad they put some Raita on and chilli sauce (optional).

I just wondered what syns put you count for this please......

Do you have sauce with the chicken? Also do they cook it on a grill?

Yes they do it on a grill and you can have chilli sauce and raita ,but I would have very little and extra salad.
