Chicken tikka?

Hubby's bought me some cooked sliced chicken tikka from Sainsbury's cos he couldn't get any plain grilled sliced chicken. Am I allowed to have the chicken tikka slices in a salad?

Further, the list of food seems to be growing after day 2. Doi I have to eat everything on the list as it's quite a lot?

If the chicken tikka is dry, just flavoured with spices, I would imagine it would be okay.

Eat until you are comfortably full, then stop is the best advice I can give.

It is dry and only spiced. Thanks for letting me know Kered, means I can have it with a salad tomorrow
