Hi guys, Sorry to post a new thread for this, I did a search but couldn't find much.

I have a whole chicken in for dinner today, what's the best way to cook it the SW way - I've not done it before?

I was thinking either with frylite or in water?

And do you take the skin off before or after?

I just dry roast it and give the skin to everyone else and have none myself (or try to ) x

Lol!! I know, I don't know how I'm going to resist the skin, main reason why I've not done this before! Luckily though everyone I'm cooking for are on the SW diet, so I don't have to watch anyone else eat it, it'll just go straight in the bin!

Deff best idea to put skin in bin. I put nandos packet on my chicken and then ate the skin silly me have learnt my lesson though lol
