Trying the Slim-Fast diet for at least a week to kick start my weight loss again. Was on Slimming World but need something new for a bit.
10Jul2010:
Breakfast - SF Chocolate shake (230 cals)
Dinner - SF Chocolate shake (230 cals)
Snack -1/2 Ador Milk Chocolate Orange bar (91 cals)
Snack - Satsuma (14 cal) + Alpen Light bar (70 cals)
Tea - Asda Good For You Cajun Chicken Fettucini (384 cals) + Brocolli (1 cup cooked = 54 cals) + Carrots (1/2 cup cooked = 27 cals). Total = 465 cals
Snack - Muller Light Toffee Yoghurt (97 cals)
Drinks -
Sugar Free Squash (900ml)
Pepsi MAX (1590ml)
Exercise - 3 hours shopping in town, lol
Total calories = 1197
Comments - Had a good first day!
