chilli and garlic pork meatballs in a sticky sauce

for the meat balls i mixed pork mince, with a chopped red onion, 1/2 tsp of chilli, 3 x 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of salt, and some black pepper - mix together with an egg and leave to marinate. sauce - put 1 can of diet pepsi or coke in a pan, simmer for a few mins then add, 6 tbsp of passata, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/4 tsp giner, 1 tsp of chinese 5 spice and 1/4 tsp garlic let it all simmer until it thickens and leave to one side. shape the pork into balls and fry, when balls are starting to brown add the sauce and cover cook for about another 10 mins

This looks really yummy and something different. You cant get Syn free pork mince can you? Which is the best one (lowest Syn wise) to get please? :)

This sounds really good! And the best thing to do is go to a butchers they will do it there and then for you, not far at all. There is a really good one in blackrod near Bolton, they do the sausages, burgers and tell you the syns if their ready meals! X
