Chilli Beef - OMG this is amazing! My boss made me some and he brought some in for me to have at lunch today! Its delish!

Frylight
Chopped ginger
Chopped garlic
Beef – sliced
pepper powder
soya sauce
2 tbspns of chilli sauce (2 syns)
oyster sauce (1 syn)
Salt
Onion
Capsicum
Green chilli
Spring Onion
beef oxo/browning
1 tbspn of Corn flour (1 syn)


Preparation

saute chopped ginger and garlic in frylight.
Add sliced beef to it and saute and cook
well for 5 minutes
Add couple table spoons of soya sauce, chilli sauce and
oyster sauce(one tablespoon) and cook for a minute
Add green chilli and saute for a minute
Add onion and capsicum and saute for 4 to 5 minutes
Sprinkle one tablespoon pepper powder and saute for a minute
or less
Add beef stock and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Dissolve a tablespoon of cornflour in water and add and mix
well
Soon add spring onion
Serve in a dish
