Hi, yes you could try this:

Fry a chopped onion with a clove of crushed garlic in fry light for a few minutes add a pepper (any colour) and the quorn and cook for a couple minutes more. Add 1 - 2 chopped chilli (or tsp lazy chilli or more if you like it hot, or chilli powder) add an oxo stock cube, tin chopped tomatoes, tin of drained kidney beans, tsp mixed herbs, tbsp lemon or lime juice, tbsp tomato puree, 1 tsp worcester sauce, 1/2 tsp sweetner, 1/2 tsp salt, ground pepper and stir and simmer for at least 1/2 hour and serve with rice or pasta. I sometimes use a dash of wine if I have some left but will cost more syns of course. This is very low syns per portion and delicious and can of course be done with meat too. Give it a try, it's my own recipe. :D
