Chilli con Georgous (Vegi)

Just knocked up this lovely Chilli for 0-3 points depending on how many kidney beans you put in it :)

1 Large Onion
1 Red Pepper
12ish large Mushrooms
3 Cartons chopped tomatoe
3 Cloves Garlic (Or more if your not kissing anyone)
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Cayene Pepper
2 Teaspoons Marmite
1 Beef stock cube
Lea & Perrins worcester sauce a good glug
Tomatoe puree a nice squirt
Half a tin of Kidney Beans................3 PP
Dried Chilli Flakes (As many as you can handle lol)

Fry off onions, garlic,mushrooms and peppers add tomatoes.

Squeeze in puree and add all the other ingredients.

Pretty sure the only thing with points are the Kidney Beans, but if you know different please tell me before I eat the lot lol?

Really couldn't be any easier :D

The Marmite, Smoked Paprika and Worcester Sauce are from a Heston Blumenthal recipe and they really make a difference..

Plenty of food for several good filling meals.

I'm going to point it out at 1pp per portion even though its only 3pp for the whole thing :) A portion can be literally as much as you want.

Very very tasty nom nom...

Sounds divine, i'll be trying that! I always point tomato puree & stock cubes 1 point per cube/tbsp thanks for the recipe!
