chinease stir fry ee help!!

ok all the veg n chicken n prawns are free..

cooked in frighlight free..

but i used chinese 5 spice n amoy ready to wok noodles 300g between 3 folk.

not got my sw login for online so cany check it.. any helpers please????

the chinese 5 spice powder is free

the noodles if already cooked and prepared bought that way will have been dressed in a little bit of oil, so they look nicer in the packet and don't stick together - tho shared between 3 wouldn't be that high in syns, will check online for you


edit: were they the fine noodles or the singapore noodles in a 150g twin pack?

either way the whole 300g of noodles is going to be 3 or 4 syns, shared between 3 of you is nothing really isnt it!

woo hoo!! between 3 thats nothing!! and its gorg I always make it anyway but soo good to know I can have it still and the only thing i will modify is the noodles!!
