Chinese Buffet - Help Me

I'm going to a chinese buffet today for my Nan's birthday! Help me! What can I have? Anything there that I can actually eat?

how did the buffett go? can't imagine it was easy at all and was much there that was relatively good? my sis wants to go end of the month for her hen night, really dreading it as chinese and especially buffet is my absolute fave, even if there were healthier options to choose, not sure i could leave all the other tasty goodies?!!

Hi KimmyKins....it as an absolute nightmare haha! I stuck to as plain a meat I could find, avoiding all the yummy starters!!! xx
