chinese sauces

I fancy a homemade chinese for my dinner tomorrow and wondered if anyone knew a make a sauce thats free (or low syn) but tasty? i'll be shopping in asda if that helps! thanks

Slimming World have a recipe for a Sweet and Sour sauce which tastes exactly like Uncle Ben's Sweet and Sour Sauce.

Here is a forum thread about it. In my case, I added 1 red pepper instead of the carrot and pineapple chunks and juice as well.

thanks guys id rather make one from stratch than buy a packet! well i know what im having for dinner now
