I've had a look at syns online and cannot find it either. I also wanted to look up prawn crackers as I've just eaten about 10 and dread to think what the syns are.


I'm not 2 sure bout the syn value but a girl in my class had a few lst week of d prawn crackers an was up 3lbs so I can't imagine how many r in dem der def bad lol

I think it's 2 prawn crackers to 1.5 syns? No idea on the satay though, but I used to work in a Chinese, and there's coconut milk in there as well as what looks like pureed peanuts, so not holding much hope for it being low at all!
