Chinese Takeaway ???

Looking for the "PROPOINTS" values in Chinese takeaway I'm sick of chow mein and its difficult to get pro points for anything! One tread says one thing another says something completely different!
Please help!!!

Some of the dishes are on here. I don't have Chinese very often so can't help any more. I would stick with the stirfry dishes. And always choose boiled rice rather than fried.

I just found out Singapore Noodles are 14 ppts!!! Makes a bit of a change from plain old chow mein? Thanks
