Hi, im just wondering if anyone could tell me how many syns this would be:

Hubby went to chinese and bought boiled rice and a house special chow mein. We had about half each although i didnt eat any of the meat from the chow mein, just the noodles and veg.
Im hoping its not too bad!!

boiled rice is free, and for a whole portion of chicken chow mein is 7, chinese is very good syns wise x

Depends on the size of the portion though - some can be as much as three times the size of the one given by SW
