Hi everyone,
I'm going for a Chinese & wondering what the best meal to get that low on calories, would love some suggestions?
 
Eeeesh, umm.. I'm not a huge Chinese fan, I usually opt for the more English things on the menu like chicken balls and chips! Lol.. All I can suggest is go for more of the protein based things like meat, I'm sure noodles would be okay and a better option than rice, try and avoid the chips and high carb things. But most of all enjoy! x

I know when I was doing Weight Watchers, a chow mein (with chicken or prawns or just veg) was the lowest pointed option. It really does depend on the size of the portion your local chinese gives you. My Fitness Pal might have the calories in certain dishes.
