I know these aren't recommended, but I had a real craving (usually on weigh in day, I cave in and eat loads of carbs and then 'start again' the next day)! This past WI, I decided to try to stay on try as much as possible (talk about a huge battle with myself). I tried 2 chocolate bars....
Atkins Coconut Bar - this is way better than a bounty! It was so yummy!!
Sugarless Belgium White Chocolate - absolutely yummy!
I know they can cause a bad laxative effect in most people...actually, I was hoping they would on me as I am on a prescribed laxative which still rarely works lol....They didn't have me running to the loo at all though!!
So, as I said, I know not recommended...but if people feel close to caving...instead of reaching for a regular Chocolate bar...these are more YUMMY!
