Chocolate mousse 180 calories per serving

    Goal Weight:
    Serves 4

    2 eggs separated
    50g caster sugar
    50g plain chocolate 70% + cocoa solids
    150ml 0% fat Greek yogurt

    Put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk until really thick and mousse-like.
    Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Remove from the heat and allow to cool a little.
    Whisk into the egg mixture
    Fold the yogurt into the chocolate mixture.
    Whisk the egg whites until stiff then gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
    Spoon into four glasses, cups etc and refrigerate until chilled and set.
