Chocolate Strawberry Roulade.

Makes 3 portions at 1.5 syns each (or if your a pig like me 2 portions (2 syns each) depending how big you want your portion)

14g wholemeal flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 small eggs
2 tbsp artificial sweetner plus another 1 tbsp ish for filling
1 tbsp cocoa powder
100g ish of fromage frais

1. Whisk the eggs with 2 tbsp of sweetener until thick and creamy
2. Fold flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the eggs
3. Line a swiss roll tin or baking sheet with none stick baking parchment, spread mix evenly over the parchment and place in the oven on gas mark 6/200C for 8-10 mins, once done remove from oven and allow to go cold
4. Mix fromage frais with artificial sweetener until sweet enough for your liking (i found about 1 tbsp was sweet enough), chop strawberries and mix into the fromage frais.
5. Spread over the cool sponge and roll up.

I get it as 4 syns for the whole thing. 2.5 syns for the flour, 0.5 syns for the baking powder and 1 syn for the cocoa powder.

Hi, i made this last night and found that using cocoa powder made it bitter for me. (My opinion) I would make this again but use an options drink instead for the same syns.
